The Merchant Hotel is the crown in the Cathedral Quarter, a luxurious 5 Star hotel with an award wining cocktail bar, the 2 AA Rosette Great Room Restaurant and Berts Jazz Bar, 1 AA Rosette French bistro style restaurant with a expertly crafted cocktail menu.

The Merchant Hotel went under an extensive rebrand and refurbishment in late 2019, early 2020. Since its rebrand I have been responsible for overseeing the implementation and development of the concept into the brand we see today, including the creation of a completely new website. Creating a brand experience that encapsulates the luxury and high quality service that the hotel has to offer.
Utilising the skills of our junior designer and under my guidance I have overseen the introduction of a new illustrative style for the hotel.
